Zürich, 27. Februar 2014 – Im Geschäftsjahr 2013 erzielte Allreal ein gutes Unternehmensergebnis exklusive Neubewertungseffekt von CHF 116.1 Millionen.
Zum erfreuliche 11 Prozent über Vorjahr liegenden Resultat haben insbesondere die höheren Mieterträge, die Gewinne aus dem Verkauf von Renditeliegenschaften und von Wohneigentum sowie der tiefe Finanzaufwand beigetragen.
Die Zunahme bei den Mieterträgen im Geschäftsfeld Immobilien und das gegenüber Vorjahr nochmals deutlich gestiegene Projektvolumen im Geschäftsfeld Generalunternehmung führten zu einer 14.4 Prozent über dem Wert von 2012 liegenden Gesamtleistung von CHF 1‘242.3 Millionen.

Higher rental income, profits deriving from the sale of income-producing properties and residential property as well as low financial expenses contributed to this gratifying result.
Growth in rental income in the Real Estate division and the repeatedly and clearly higher project volume in the Projects & Development division resulted in a total operating performance of CHF 1242.3 million, or 14.4% above that of 2012.
