When age is taken into account it becomes apparent that the further training quota remains constant at just under 50 per cent up 50 years of age and then drops off rapidly.
What appears to have a positive effect on participation in further training is the implementation of regular in-house planning with regard to further training and the financing of further training by the establishment itself.
