Her PhD she received in 2005 for a dissertation on post-communist countries’ capability for political reforms from the University of Constance.
In 2013 she successfully completed an advanced training on Public Management (CAS) at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Im Jahr 2013 absolvierte sie erfolgreich die berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung CAS Public Management an der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften.
