Vor diesem Hintergrund veröffentlicht die Europäische Kommission heute einen Vorschlag für eine Richtlinie über die Transparenz und die Vergleichbarkeit von Zahlungskontogebühren, den Wechsel von Zahlungskonten und den Zugang zu einem Basiskonto.
