Zu den Aufgaben des Prüfungsausschusses nach § 7 Absatz 2 der Geschäftsordnung des Aufsichtsrats gehört die :
(1) Überwachung des Rechnungslegungsprozesses, der externen Rechnungslegung und Berichterstattung sowie die Vorbereitung einer entsprechenden Beschlussvorlage für den Aufsichtsrat;
(2) Analyse und Überwachung des unternehmensinternen Controlling- und Finanzüberwachungssystems und des Risikomanagementsystems;
