Der Tag, als elf Jahre später, am 5. Mai 1886, die erste Dampfstraßenbahn über den Kurfürstendamm ratterte, gilt als Geburtsstunde des berühmten Berliner Boulevards.
Viele Events begleiteten das Jubiläum und ließen den Ku’damm in neuem Glanz erstrahlen.
