Genomic DNA for selected Iroko, Sapeli, Ayous, Sibirian larch, and Mongolian oak trees will be provided by the Thünen Centre of Competence on Timber Origin and sent to Floragenex laboratories for RAD library processing, sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of genomic data.
