Vorgehensweise Im Auftrag des BMZ berät die GIZ das SADC-Sekretariat bei der Durchführung der komplexen und politisch sensiblen SADC-Reform nach der Zentralisierungsphase.
Aufbauend auf eine Organisationsanalyse konzentriert sich die Unterstützung auf den Aufbau eines transparenten und erfolgsabhängigen Managements, um die regionale Integration voranzutreiben.
