Die unterschiedlichen Institutionen des SINAFOD (INICE, DIGECE, DIGENA, UPNFM-FID, UNAH) wurden beraten und erste Richtlinien für einen nationalen Lehrerausbildungsplan gemeinsam entworfen.

Following advisory processes over a number of years , the agreement on the establishment of the National Basic and In-Service Teacher Training System ( Sistema Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Docente – SINAFOD ) was signed by the institutions involved in March 2011 .
The various institutions in SINAFOD (INICE, DIGECE, DIGENA, UPNFM-FID and UNAH) were advised and initial terms of reference for a national teacher-training plan were drawn up jointly.
