Ziel Die institutionellen Potenziale und Kompetenzen für eine nachhaltige Sanitärversorgung in Tansania sind verbessert.
Vorgehensweise In enger Koordination mit anderen Gebern wie UNICEF, WSP, DFID und Water Aid trägt das Vorhaben dazu bei, die Kooperation zwischen den verantwortlichen Ministerien für Wasser, Gesundheit, Kommunalverwaltung und Bildung so zu verbessern, dass diese gemeinsame Lösungskonzepte für den städtischen und stadtnahen Raum entwickeln und umsetzen.
Diese sollen den nachhaltigen Zugang der Bevölkerung zu einer geeigneten Sanitärversorgung sicherstellen.
