Bei 28 Patienten rekonstruierten wir nach Laryngektomie einen stabilen tracheoösophagealen Shunt mit einem mikrovaskulär anastomosierten Radialislappen entsprechend der Methode nach Hagen.
Operationstechnische Besonderheiten dieser Methode sind dabei die Konstruktion einer knorpelverstärkten Neoepiglottis und der dynamische Ventilmechanismus durch eine suprahyoidale Führung der Laryngoplastik.
