Diese Ausstellung zeigt einen Querschnitt des breiten Spektrums polnischer Videoarbeiten, sowohl was die formale Ausgestaltung als auch inhaltlich-künstlerische Einstellungen betrifft.
Die formale Bandbreite reicht von traditionellen closed-circuits bis zu interaktiven Installationen, von reinen Monitorinstallationen bis hin zu Arrangements, die den Bildschirm als ein Element integrieren, von minimalistischen bis opulenten Arbeiten.
Die inhaltliche Bandbreite reicht von der Auseinandersetzung mit metalinguistischen Problemen über persönliche Visionen bis zu politischen oder eigenwillig feministischen Ansätzen.

The formal spectrum of the exhibits ranged from traditional closed circuit systems to interactive installations, from pure motor installations to arrangements that integrate the picture screen as an element, from minimalism to opulence.
The range of variety of the contents extends from the analysis of metalinguistic problems of personal visions to political or strongly individual feminist approaches.

Die Auseinandersetzung mit Möglichkeiten der Zwei-Weg-Kommunikation, in der jeder Beobachter/Empfänger zum Teilnehmer/Sender werden kann, führt in den sechziger und siebziger Jahren zu (re- und) interaktiven Projekten für Aktionen (mit Closed-Circuits), Installationen mit Closed-Circuits, Cable-TV und Internet.
Strategien des Video- und Medienaktivismus werden in den neunziger Jahren im Netzaktivismus fortgeführt, modifiziert und um neue Möglichkeiten erweitert.
