Anschließend beenden wir den hypoglykämischen Zustand mit einer 5 % igen Glucoselösung über eine Infusion und geben zusätzlich Zuckerhaltiges zu essen ( z. B. Bananen ).
Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sich durch dieses Unterzucker-Verfahren oft stärkere Wirkungen der niedrig dosierten Chemotherapie auf den Tumor erzielen lassen als durch eine low-dose Chemotherapie allein – bei gleichbleibend sehr geringen Auswirkungen auf den Gesamtorganismus und insbesondere auf das Immunsystem.
