Prof. Dr. Peter Gomber, Professor für e-Finance an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt und Co-Chair des E-Finance Lab, wurde für eine weitere Amtszeit von drei Jahren als Anlegervertreter in den Börsenrat der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse ( FWB ) gewählt.
Der Rat besteht aus 18 Mitgliedern unter dem Vorsitz von Dr. Lutz R. Raettig, Morgan Stanley.
Er ist das höchste Kontroll- und Aufsichtsorgan der Börse.
