On January 9th, 2012, "GMS Interdisciplinary Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery DGPW" went online, a new journal edited by the German Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (DGPW).
www.egms.deDie Anwendung dieser Visualisierungstechniken auf Abläufe in Medizin, ( Zell- ) Biologie, Biomedizintechnik aber auch Grüner Biologie bildet die Grundlage für eine enge Zusammenarbeit der Abteilung mit den Fakultäten und Instituten der Leibniz Universität Hannover, der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover, der Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover und deren angegliederten Forschungseinrichtungen wie CrossBiT ( Verbundzentrum für Biokompatibilität und Implantatimmunologie in der Medizintechnik ), NIFE ( Niedersächsisches Zentrum für Biomedizintechnik, Implantatforschung und Entwicklung ) oder LEBAO ( Leibniz Forschungslaboratorien für Biotechnologie und künstliche Organe ).
Hier führt die Vernetzung mit den medizinischen, tiermedizinischen und biologischen Partnern zur Teilnahme an verschiedenen Sonderforschungsbereichen und den Exzellenzclustern Hearing4all und REBIRTH ( From Regenerative Biology to Reconstructive Therapy ).
Die Abteilung Biomedizinische Optik bringt hier vor allem in der gewünschten multimodalen Bildgebung ihre Expertise ein.
