Developmental cortical disorders H.J. Luhmann, W. Kilb, I.H. Hanganu Exogenous or endogenous noxious stimuli such as radiation, drug abuse by the mother during pregnancy, hypoxia, ischaemia etc. during the pre- and early postnatal phase, can induce irreversible and often serious damage in the immature cortex.
This damage can, amongst others, manifest itself in the form of neuronal migration disorders and pathological changes in the cortical architecture (heterotopia, microgyria, lisencephaly, "double cortex" etc) (Fig.

Störungen der corticalen Entwicklung Exogene oder endogene Noxen, wie radiokative Strahlung, Drogenmissbrauch der Mutter während der Schwangerschaft, Hypoxie, Ischämie etc., können während der prä- und frühen postnatalen Phase irreversible und häufig schwerwiegende Schädigungen im unreifen Cortex induzieren.
Diese Schädigungen können sich u.a. in Form neuronaler Migrationsstörungen und pathologischer Veränderungen in der corticalen Architektur manifestieren (Heterotopien, Mikrogyrie, Lisencephalie, "double cortex", etc.)(Bild6).

The aim of the organization is to raise awareness among Namibian youth about social topics such as HIV/AIDS, contraception, alcohol- and drugs abuse, stigma and discrimination of minorities through the use of artistic means such as the presentation of theatre plays, modern dances, films, creative writing classes and similar project.
Additionally, OYO publishes the “OYO Young, latest and cool” magazine.

Das Ziel der Organisation ist es, unter namibischen Jugendlichen das Bewusstsein für soziale Themen wie HIV/AIDS, Verhütung, Alkohol- und Drogenmissbrauch, Stigma und Diskriminierung von Minderheiten zu wecken; dies allerdings mit künstlerischen Mitteln wie der Aufführung von Theaterstücken, modernem Tanz, Filmen, Schreibwerkstätten und ähnlichen Projekten.
Zudem gibt OYO das „OYO Young, latest and cool“ Magazin heraus.
