Milia Maroun, 1971 in Beirut geboren, studierte an der Modeschule ESMOD in Paris und absolvierte verschiedene Praktika in internationalen Modehäusern wie Albani Couture, Pierre Cardin, Jamin Puech Accessoires und Stylmod Variance, wo sie von 1992 bis 1995 als Designerin tätig war.
1999 gründete sie ihr Label milia m in Beirut und zeigte ihre erste Sommerkollektion.
Ihre Kollektionen sind in ausgewählten Boutiquen u.a. in Paris, New York, London, Rom, Hong Kong und Tokyo erhältlich.
