Die Ausstellung im Nationalmuseum informiert über die Schwerthalterungen tachi und uchigatana aus dem späten 18. Jahrhundert und über moderne Formen der Waffentypen ō-yoroi und mogami-dō haramaki sowie hoshi-kabuto und über die Helme suji-kabuto und kawari kabuto.
Die Ausstellung ist Teil der Veranstaltungsserie "Spirit of Samuarai 2014", die ihren Höhepunkt bei einer Reitveranstaltung am Sonntag, den 1. Juni, in Helsinki findet.
